Instructions: All open records requests are processed by the City Secretary's Office. You may request open records by submitting the online form below or by mailing or FAXing the printable form. This form may be faxed to 972-551-6682 or mailed to P.O. Box 310, Terrell, Texas 75160 - Attention: Open Records Request.

All open records requests are are subject to review by the City Attorney. You must allow 10 working days for your request to be processed. Open Records requests to view documents only must be scheduled by appointment by calling 972-551-6619.

If you are requesting this information under the provision of special right access, Texas Government Code, Section 552.023; please indicate by completing the printable form.

Note: Authorized representatives must show written proof of such authorization prior to release.
