Municipal Court
Municipal Judge: Jerry Green
The City of Terrell Municipal Court is the Judicial Branch of City Government. The Municipal Court handles all criminal complaints, ordinance violations and traffic tickets issued in the city. The Honorable Judge Jerry Green presides over the court. The Municipal Court maintains all court records, ensures the orderly conduct of court sessions, and accounts for all fiscal matters involving City Court, including the juvenile schedule, fine information, summons and warrants.
You can now pay Municipal Court fines online with your credit card through a secure server using the latest encryption methods. You will need your ticket/citation number and possibly your driver's license number, date of birth, or Social Security number. Start the payment process.
If you cant pay for your citation all at once, you can appear personally to set up a payment schedule at the Court's discretion.
Failure to make a plea for each violation shown on your ticket will result in a warrant being issued for your arrest. In addition, a hold could be put on your driver's license and a 30% fee added to the citation.
